Hello members!

It's getting close to the time for our joint cleaning day. To make our bike rooms more accessible and pleasant, we now need to review how many bikes are actually used. Right now, it's very crowded, and unfortunately many bikes look like they've been left behind.

Here's how the inventory will work:

-         Labelling: Before 9/5, we will label all bikes in the bike rooms and outdoor bike racks.
-         Your task: To keep your bike, you need to remove the temporary labelling by the cleaning day and instead label your bike with your name and apartment number.
-         Materials: Labelling tape and pens will be available in all bike rooms.

What happens to the bikes that are not labelled? Bikes that still have the original labelling after 9/5 will be removed and stored for three months. If no one claims them after that, they will be donated.

Think about the space, our bike rooms are for bikes that are used regularly. If you have a bike that is not rideable (e.g. flat tire or other damage), we kindly ask you to store it in your own storage instead. If we notice broken bikes that are marked, we will leave a friendly reminder that they need to be fixed or moved.

Thank you for helping to create order in our common areas!

Regards/Mvh Styrelsen!
